RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Harlo, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains when returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds may be available.

 


 

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of beauty and personal-use products, all sales are generally final unless there is a problem with your order caused by us.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted only in cases such as:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • the wrong item was received

  • the item arrived defective

  • the item is missing from your order due to fulfillment error

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • dislike of the product

  • personal preference

  • ordering the wrong item by mistake

  • normal variations in expectations regarding texture, finish, or skin compatibility

  • used or opened beauty products where hygiene and safety standards apply

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • a clear description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item received

  • photos of the packaging if relevant

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • a replacement item

  • store credit

  • a partial refund

  • a full refund where appropriate

 


 

Opened / Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or tampered-with beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

This is standard for personal-use cosmetic products and helps us maintain product safety and quality for all customers.

 


 

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet entered processing or shipment. Once the packaging or shipping process has started, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

 


 

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been issued, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

 


 

Chargebacks and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds, returns, replacements, or support requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our policies, repeated refund claims, or false damage claims.
