Thank you for shopping with Harlo. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping times, tracking, and delivery expectations.

 


 

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders require 4–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or due to unusually high order volume.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

 


 

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States (Mainland): 5–10 business days

  • United States (HI, AK, PR, GUAM): 6–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–15 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

 


 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Harlo proudly offers international shipping to many countries worldwide.

We work to bring our products to customers globally, but shipping availability may vary depending on destination, customs restrictions, and carrier limitations. If your location is available at checkout, we currently ship there.

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, if tracking is available for your shipment.

You can use your tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

 


 

My tracking says “no information available”

In some cases, tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. This is normal and usually happens because the carrier has not yet scanned the parcel into their system.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking page to update.

If your tracking has not updated after several business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.

 


 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can only make changes if your order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Harlo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

 


 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows above, delays can happen for reasons outside our control, including:

  • customs processing

  • carrier delays

  • severe weather

  • public holidays

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • high seasonal demand

  • international transit disruptions

Harlo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Harlo is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

 


 

Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. check around your delivery location

  2. ask household members, neighbors, or building reception

  3. contact the shipping carrier directly

  4. contact us if you still need help

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, Harlo cannot guarantee replacement or refund, but we’ll do our best to help you investigate the issue.
